Delivery

1. Delivery time from order within Ireland is usually 2 days*. All other locations can take 5 - 10 working days*. We will give
  you an estimated delivery date for your purchase but no such estimated times or dates provided by us are guaranteed
  due to third party handling.

2. We will ensure your purchase is securely packed and we will deliver by post or courier, depending on your wishes.

3. You will need to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.

4. Please check your purchase immediately and contact us if there are any problems. Please notify us within 48 hours of
  delivery of any problems, so we can rectify it for you as soon as we can. If we don't hear from you we will take it that
  you are happy with your purchase.

5. In the case that the goods have been damaged in transit, please keep all packaging as this may be required
  when making a claim.

6. We will will not be liable for any loss, damages or penalty resulting from delay in delivery of the goods when such
  delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the seller. In any such event, the delivery date will be
  extended for a period equal to the delay.

   *With the exception of Bridal Shoes and Barefoot Sandals. 
  Bridal Shoes are not held in stock and are only available to order. Bridal Shoes are also customisable - heel height, colour and accessories.
  So once we know your requirements we can give you a delivery date. As a guide bridal shoes can take 4-5 weeks for delivery.
  Barefoot Sandals are also made to order - please allow 2 weeks.
